CAD Concept refers to an editable electronic CAD file (DWG, IFC, RVT, PLN, SKP, BIMx) that includes only dimensioned floor plans and elevations. It is intended for international use: architects sell this file to clients outside their own country, so the client can submit it to a local architect who will develop full construction documents according to local building codes. Some architects may choose to offer this file only in their local market or not offer it at all.

CAD None means that the architect does not provide an editable electronic file for sale.

If you can’t find a home with the right number of rooms, choose the number of bedrooms you need and add a Home Office or In-Law Suite below.
